Open Outlook 2013 and click the FILE tab in the top-left corner. Duplicated Contacts in Lync/Outlook 2013 marked as read only and cannot delete them.

Moving a disabled add-in to active or inactive list. Exit and reopen Outlook normally to confirm the add-in is still working.

Thank you, and sorry for the wall of text. When you go to the calendar section of Outlook you will see that the Skype Meeting option is back. My Skype for Business for Office 365 MSO(9.20836)32-bit is not syncing with my exchange calendar in Windows 10.

Sure enough, on the Delta-Import, the change was listed and he suddenly appeared in the Skype for Business Admin list of users - but it STILL won't let him log in! Same issue!ĭoes anyone have any idea what this could be? We are syncing to AD, but aren't doing password synchronization - could this be an issue? Then I went to the ADSync server, and performed a full sync. I then discovered that his user was created at a time where they had Lync on-prem, and as such his attributes in AD had a bunch of old stuff in them, so I cleared that out. The only issue I found was that he wasn't listed in the Skype for Business administration, unlike the others. His O365 account is exactly the same, licenses included, compared to other people in the organization who don't have this problem. Laptop had his credentials saved, and would login perfectly when opened - but after i deleted the saved credentials, the same issue appeared on the laptop. For some reason recently, the sign-in would fail on his desktop, even though the password and log-on-address is correct.
